This course introduces Faclon's platform, its positioning, and the approach used to identify and qualify digital transformation opportunities with customers.

Learners will first understand the core concepts behind Faclon's value proposition, including the Value Realisation Index (VRI) framework and the role of data, analytics, and AI in improving operational visibility and decision-making.

The course then explores key solution areas such as IT–OT integration, OEE monitoring, Vision AI, and Energy Management Systems. These areas demonstrate how operational data can be used to identify inefficiencies, improve performance, and unlock measurable business value.

Later sessions focus on the customer discovery process, including how to assess digital maturity, identify potential opportunities, and develop a narrative aligned with customer challenges.

The course concludes with an overview of Faclon's technology stack, platform capabilities, and pricing models, along with practical insights from case studies and product demonstrations.
